The Toy Mafia is an organized crime group whose members look like mafiosi wearing giant toy bear heads. Their holdings are known to include Ted E. Bear's Mafia Free Playland and Casino and the adjoining toy factory. The Toy Mafia makes its only appearance in The Mole, the Mob, and the Meatball, though Chuckles and Harry Moleman return in other roles in later episodes.
