Uglions are a race of aliens from outer space, their anatomy consists of a slimy green body with two eyeballs housed within a floating robotic body which has limbs, they're a prideful race who tried to invade earth and eat people, though Sam and Max stopped them through going back in time and replacing the main ingredient in their recipe for doom from fresh earthlings to chocolate chunkies, therefore causing them to get acne and get embarrassed and leave earth alone.
