The mad scientist is a rather deranged, intelligent man that went on a lunchdate three times with The Date. He seemingly lied to her as she thought he was an ordinary doctor. He was visibly angry that she wanted to just be friends with him, causing him to kidnap her and wanting to destroy her. His plans were ruined by the Freelance Police, who were lost. Max proceeds to pummel the scientist to death, which reveals that the scientist was a machine all along, his head being a bomb.
Appearance[]
He has a long tuft of swirly blond hair on his head, a cliché scientist outfit and glasses who give the impression that his eyes are enormous. It seems his irises are blue or grey in the inner rim and brown around them.

- In the Remastered Version of The City That Dares Not Sleep, in Max's Inventory Room, we can see The Head of The Mad Scientist on the far Left.
