The Internet appears as a self-aware character and antagonist in Sam & Max: Save the World, in the episode Reality 2.0, having ultimate control over the eponymous alternate reality.
Description[]
The Internet takes the appearance of a woman, more specifically having an avatar resembling The Director. Her Head is placed in the center of what seems to look like a 1x1 circuit board, with her eyes being altered.
The Internet is the global system of interconnected computer networks to communicate between networks and devices. The Internet holds what appears to be the website link and is the most important core in making Reality 2.0 a functional program. The Internet's motive is to keep everyone who enters in Reality 2.0 forever to give them a perfect reality for them, to be able to gain benefits from working with an individual named "Roy G. Biv", Hugh Bliss' Alias. In order to save everyone from Reality 2.0, Sam & Max are forced to use a virus to take it down. Before it goes down completely, it mentions that Roy G. Biv has been manipulating it.
In Night of The Raving Dead, all the way in Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space, The C.O.P.S. later mention that the Internet has been brought back to life by Al Gore.
