–Specs
Specs is a recurring character in the Sam & Max video game series. Along with his brothers, Whizzer and Peepers, he often crosses paths with the Freelance Police. He, along with his brothers, are former Child-Stars that starred in a popular 1970s Television Series, titled "The Soda Poppers". He is a main antagonist in Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space.
Character Detail
Specs is a clean freak who doesn't like being distracted because it breaks his concentration, prompting him to say his tagline: "You made me mess up!". His obsession with perfection caused massive delays in shootings, infuriating coworkers. Specs was unfortunate in celebrity tag team mud wrestling, where he was pinned while he was trying to wipe up the mud with a dish rag. As seen in What's New Beelzebub, he is quite a demon. His demon form is the only one that is different from those of his siblings. He seems to think he's smarter than the other two and can be slightly condescending. He is clearly afraid of germs that animals carry and will panic if an animal runs after him.
Appearance
Specs is a 3-foot tall man with freckles and a shaved beard. He wears glasses and his eyes are green. He has black hair that is starting to turn gray on the sides.
Save the World (Season One)
Specs, as he talks about his new "idol", Brady Culture.
Specs, completely hypnotized, declares Brady Culture is the new light in his life. Throughout the episode, he paints Brady all over the place and he wants it to be perfect. The fact that he paints shows us that he has an artistic side and he draws very well.
Later, Specs appears as a judge on the show "Embarassing Idol". We learn that he forgot Whizzer's birthday. (Which is ironic since they are triplets and share the same birthday). Later, he votes for Sam who impressed him by hitting a high note, which makes Peepers lose the singing contest.
In Sam & Max 104: Abe Lincoln Must Die!, we learn that Specs has won the elections and is now the Governor of South Dakota and that he's fixing the state and getting it back to perfect working order. He thinks Peepers' idea to have Hoover hugging the four other presidents in Mount Rushmore is stupid. The two of them then declare a war to each other.
In Sam & Max 106: Bright Side of The Moon, during the credits, Specs can be seen doing graffiti of Max. Max hits him and frees him from his hypnotic state.
Beyond Time and Space (Season Two)
Specs, as The Dominator and Prince of Hell.
Specs and his brothers are at the North Pole to return the terrible presents Santa has given them. He got a jar full of rhino musk. (Another one, as he says) During the whole episode, he and his brothers do not want to enter Santa's workshop because they hear gunshots. At the end of the episode, Specs and his brothers send the possessed Santa Claus to Satan and wish a Merry Christmas to Sam and Max.
In the final episode, Sam & Max 205: What's New Beelzebub?, The Soda Poppers are the "Rulers of Hell" and Specs is obviously the leader of the group. He gives the orders and doesn't hesitate to slap Peepers when he sees that he is picking his nose. Later, he challenges Chippy to a music competition by playing the violin. His goal is to win the soul of a computer but he loses, even if he does not care about the loss. In his demon form, he wears a spiky gimp mask covering almost all of his face, wearing his glasses over it. He is shirtless with spiky nipple tassels and black shorts, gloves and shoes. He is defeated when Sam brings them a cake and the three of them blow out the candles. Specs, along with his brothers, falls into the pit of hell and seemingly dies while melting in the lava. He is the last one to die.

Whizzer and Peepers
Specs is the leader of the Soda Poppers. He doesn't hesitate, in 205, to hit Peepers when he sees the latter picking his nose. He is also the one that describes and leads their evil plan. Despite this, he is still very close to his two brothers and they do pretty much the same thing together.
Sam and Max
Like his brothers, Specs hates Sam and Max. He particularly hates Sam for having broken his glasses, specifying that they are not cheap.
