- Human Indecency (Max doesn't wear clothes)
In the cartoon[]
- Destruction of property
- Time travel (Second law of thermodynamics)
- Owning an alligator as a pet (Illegal in the state of new york)
- Human Indecency (Max doesn't wear clothes except as an occasional gag or disguise)

In the games[]
Compared to other series, the games seem to have the least amount of obvious, on-screen crimes. Despite this, there still are a massive amount of crimes that take place during, before and around the events of all four games.
- Theft (most often done by Sam)
- Blackmail
- Psychological and physical torture
- Murder
- One instance of faked murder, through the fake murder of Sybil
- One instance of premeditated mass murder after awakening Maimtron 9000 and killing all the rats inside.
- All rats later resurrected.
- Reading other people's mail without consent
- Human Indecency (Max doesn't wear clothes)
