A Moleman.
The Molemen are a species of underground dwelling humanoids resembling moles. Members of this race have appeared in every iteration of the Sam & Max franchise to date, both as allies and as enemies of the Freelance Police.
Description[]
A typical moleman resembles a small human with an upwards snout, long pointed ears, buckteeth, small eyes and clawlike hands.
The Molemen from Hit the Road and the animated series are visually distinctive from those featured in the Telltale Series of games. Ones from the former resemble humanoid naked mole rats, and have little, if any, hair or fur, while ones from the latter always have short grey hair or fur.
They usually live underground, or in other enclosed spaces, although there are many known instances of some being active aboveground, including so far above ground as space or the Moon.
It is possible that at least some Molemen came from space, or have at least achieved interplanetary travel. In Sam & Max Hit the Road, an unnamed UFO riding moleman helped Sam and Max.
