The Freelance Police Training Academy is an academy built over the remains of Cap'n Aquabear's Funtime Park. The reason for the park's closing was lack of money, psychological scarring of visitors and overuse of asbestos. You must complete nine challenges to graduate from the academy, these of which, are re-used attractions. There used to be another challenge, but the supreme court ruled that it was "cruel, unusual and lacking pizzazz".
Academy challenges include:
- Cap'n Aquabear's Spooky Voyage/Voyage of Pain - First obstacle course
- Rotunda of Industry/Bombs Away - Defusing a bomb
- Circle of Carnage - Shooting Range
- Get a Clue - Escape Room
- Ballpark attraction/Fizzball - A game of Fizzball
- Tunnel of Tough Love - Second obstacle course
- Fun House/NO Fun House - Third obstacle course
- Splash Fest/Monster Whisperer - Learning to tame Jeff, the Planarian Worm
- Coral Mountain Sky/Freelance Sky Patrol - Dive-bombing exercise
Other attractions include:
- Dragon Slaughter - a prototype VR game
- Meet the Aquabears - a one-way ticket to the Nanoverse

Trivia[]
- The Tunnel of Love from the Kushman Brothers' Carnival in Sam & Max Hit the Road makes its return, though it looks nothing like the original.
- There is also Dragon Slaughter, a prototype VR game which Sam and Max confiscated from a "disgraced country western star" back in the 90s. This is possibly the same VR game in Conroy Bumpus' mansion in Bumpusville.
