Hanging out in the Reality 2.0 counterpart to the Esperanto Bookstore, the Internet Wizard exists to explain the workings of Reality 2.0 to random passers-by. He looks and sounds like the disembodied head of Hugh Bliss wearing a wizard's hat. Not over his fondness of Hugh Bliss yet, Max quickly starts hating him when it turns out that he is not, in fact, Hugh Bliss. Though possibly he acts as a implant to take control of the Internet.
