Car Bomb is an inventory item in Sam & Max Hit the Road. It is a ripoff of the classic board game Battleship. When Sam asks why they call it as such, Max says it's to prevent the pants getting sued off of them, causing Sam to remark that he doesn't wear any. It acts as a minigame.
