Bessie Beauvine is a cow that appeared in Situation: Comedy. She is a star of the TV Show on WARP, Midtown Cowboys. She must be disguised by Sam & Max as the point is to prevent Mr Featherly from catching a cow in their house.
She later appears to help destroy the Hypno Bear manufactured by the Toy Mafia on Myra's Talk Show, destroying it, defeating Myra & freeing her audience (therefore ending the episode). We also learn that she wrote a book titled "The Heart Has Four Stomachs: Ruminations on a Life in Hollywood".
She later returns in Night of the Raving Dead to help record the special intervention episode of Midtown Cowboys. She and Sam apparently had a falling out since he asks if she's still not speaking to him... she doesn't answer.

- In the 2020 Remaster of Save the World, the achievement/trophy "Dairy Creamer" mispells her name as "Bessy" in its description.
- This is only applicable for the console versions, as the PC version lacks a description for this achievement
- In The Tomb of Sammun-Mak, Nefertiti's curse turns Maximus into a cow closely resembling Bessie.
- Her character's name "Bossie" shares the name of a cow from "Bone: The Great Cow Race" -another Telltale Games title.
